1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By subscribing to and using Rider Connect ("the Service"), you acknowledge and agree that interacting with other users — whether online or in person — involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical harm, emotional distress, harassment, stalking, property damage, financial loss, misrepresentation of identity or intent by other users, and exposure to offensive or inappropriate content or behavior. You voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, arising from your use of the Service.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Reel Bikers, LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, "the Company") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your interactions with any other user of the Service, whether conducted online or in person; (b) any act, omission, conduct, or behavior of any other user, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, assault, threats, defamation, fraud, or other criminal or tortious conduct; (c) any emotional, psychological, or physical harm, including but not limited to self-harm or harm caused by another user; (d) any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and another user; (e) any content posted, transmitted, or shared by other users; and (f) your reliance on any information or representations made by other users.

3. NO SCREENING OR BACKGROUND CHECKS. You acknowledge that the Company does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or screening of any kind on its users. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the character, integrity, background, behavior, or intentions of any user. You are solely responsible for taking appropriate precautions when communicating with or meeting other users.

4. NOT A MATCHMAKING SERVICE. The Service provides a platform for users to voluntarily connect and communicate. The Company does not act as a matchmaker, dating service, or personal introduction service and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of any interactions between users. The Company does not endorse, recommend, or vouch for any user.

5. USER CONDUCT & PERSONAL SAFETY. You agree to: (a) exercise reasonable caution and good judgment in all interactions with other users; (b) meet other users in public places and inform a trusted person of your plans; (c) refrain from sharing sensitive personal information (home address, financial details, etc.) with other users; (d) immediately report any suspicious, threatening, or illegal behavior to both the Company and local law enforcement; and (e) comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

6. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any third-party claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your interactions with other users; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of any third party.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR DEATH, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings. Arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where the Company maintains its principal place of business.

9. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING. Your free trial begins upon registration and lasts seven (7) calendar days. Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee ($4.99/month or $23.94 every six months). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

10. MINIMUM AGE. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Rider Connect. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

11. SEVERABILITY & GOVERNING LAW. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
